Markets, Festivals & Entertainment
The Edithburgh township delights in bringing to the YP community and our city visitors’ fun activities and events to engage and celebrate acclaimed theatre, music, dance and visual arts throughout the year. These events support community activities whilst applauding both local and national artists in a series of events each year.
Our Markets showcase local produce and wares regularly and are very popular with both locals and visitors alike.

A Day At The ‘Burgh
A Day At The ‘Burgh, held in Edithburgh each year, is a weekend full of fabulous food, wine and music, using local talent and produce. The main street is closed off and filled with food stalls, performers and displays, as the beer and wine flows!
This year the weekend will play host to a New Orleans Jazz band, historical town walks, a sausage sizzle at the Museum as well as photographic & art exhibitions, and if that doesn’t excite take a helicopter ride over the beautiful township.
A Day at the ‘Burgh’ 7th November 2021
